After installation i made reboot of Linux. In GRUB menu i chose new
kernel. At least 5 minutes black screen and cursors and after i see:

In recovery mode process of boot stooped with this message:
ftrace:converting mcount calls to 0f 1f440000
ftrace:allocating 24858 entieres on 49 pages
  After this message at long time i saw black screen with any
changes.Now i use old kernel: 2.6.32-24-generic

Please be sure to confirm this issue exists with the latest development release of Ubuntu. ISO CD images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily/current/ . If the issue remains, please run the following command from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal). It will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report.

Also, if you could test the latest upstream kernel available that would be great. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Once you've tested the upstream kernel, please remove the 'needs-upstream-testing' tag. I not detected this bug in kernel higher then kernel v2.6.35-rc1-lucid(generic)
Now i have kernel 2.6.36.2 from upstream and before this kernel i used kernel of Ubuntu 10.10 Maveric. So bug not detected
