2.6.35-13 Kernel oops

Kernel oops in 2.6.35-6 thru 2.6.35-13 and possible before. Only Kernel 2.6.35-6, 2.6.35-12 and 2.6.35-13 is tested.
I am running:
Description: Ubuntu maverick (development branch)
Release: 10.10

I don't have to do anything to trigger it. Just boot. But network traffic tend to trigger more oopses. fx. browser or apt-get update in a terminal.

My hardware is a eeePC 1000H. The wifi network card is changed to an Intel 5300 Card.

I did not have problems like this in Karmic or Lucid, and I have Karmic running on another partition on the same machine, so I guess it rules out bad memory or other faulty hardware.
