Bug Description

This is a tracking bug with detailed analysis of a machine that has the symptom described. The system in question is a HP mini.

I will test with the following configurations:

1. Karmic fresh install no uupdates
2. Karmic fresh install with all updates
3. Lucid upgraded from karmic with all updates
4. Lucid fresh install with all updates

Please do not add anything to this bug, I ask that you file a new bug. Thanks.

Can I ask what is the fix for that? Im asking because I have problem like this. CPU temperature is 38-41C and acpi is 60-64.
