linux 2.6.32-20-Generic does not load

Bug Description

This kernel seems to install properly but then upon re-boot does not load.
Same problem for 2.6.32-20-lowlatency.
Any logs, etc., just let me know.

After reboot kernel did not load properly. Process is stopping on USB devices detection.
