Bug Description

Computer conf: Asus eeePC1000H
Network wireless card: 01:00.0 Network controller: RaLink RT2860
OS:Lucid Lynx (beta)

Problem: Cannot connect to wireless networks if there is encryption WPA or WPA2, or mixed

I can connect to open networks or WEP enabled networks

please fix this! this is quite important, many netbooks uses this rt2860 for their wireless card, lots of users will not be very happy when they update to lucid!

I do not believe it is duplicate. I cannot connect at all. Fuethmore,
the problem remains when using plain wpa OR wpa2 OR mixed mode.

You have no connection at all, not even while it tries re-connecting? Most people from the other page can surf at least before it interrupts again. If you cannot connect at all, feel free to unmark the duplicate.

Same problem for me with Asus eeePC 901 (with Ralink RT2860).
I could never connect on wireless network with WPA-PSK encryption since I upgraded to lucid lynx.
Network manager tries to connect then ask me the key over and over.
Connection is OK on open wireless network.
