Changed in linux (Ubuntu): | |
status: | Incomplete → Invalid |
In the -16 kernel we backported the entire drm stack, including the nouveau drivers, from the 2.6.33 kernel into the Ubuntu 2.6.32 kernel. It looks like you were using the nouveau drivers before the -16 kernel. With the -16 kernel, you don't need the linux-backports -modules- nouveau package anymore. Please remove the package.
After removing the package, if you have any issues move the bug state back to New, otherwise move it to Invalid.
Thanks
