Kubuntu, recently did a full upgrade to 9.10 via the prompt and since then the kernel seems to be unstable. Not sure which particular program is crashing, but kapport keeps borking.

Bug Description
I have run "ubuntu-bug -p linux", but I do get:
Warning: The options -p/-P are deprecated, please do not use them. See /usr/bin/ubuntu-bug --help
Perhaps the info on this +filebug page needs updating?
It then said:
Launched ok, pid = 7066
ICE default IO error handler doing an exit(), pid = 6980, errno = 11
Hope it worked.
I'm running the Kubuntu flavour of Ubuntu 9.10 which updated itself recently to the latest release ("full upgrade"). Since then the system has become unstable, often having a load average of over 6.00 whilst not having any particular apps using a lot of CPU or memory resources, which is strange.
ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: Your system might become unstable now and might need to be restarted.
