The warning reported here, "WARNING: ECC is NOT currently enabled by the BIOS. Module will NOT be loaded." looks to be a duplicate of bug 422536 so I am marking it as such. Please continue to track this issue at that report. Note that this is just a harmless warning. If you are experiencing any other issues you thought were related to this, please open a new bug by running 'ubuntu-bug linux' from a Terminal (Applications- >Accessories- >Terminal) . Thanks.
