Steps to produce bug on my system:

1) Fn + F5 (sleep/standby)
2) Took a bit to go into standby
3) Pushed power button to come out of standby
4) Came back just fine however the 'brightness' on my screen was low
5) I cannot (right now) say that this is a stability problem as I'm sending this bug report from the system (that has not been restarted)
