i didn't read what it was. it was on first boot of 9.10 i just pushed icon which appeared to the panel i just did what it asked me to do !

it was ati hdmi sound which didn't work. works well with ati restricted driver.

...or kernel bug i don't have ecc memory and kernel tries load module for it.

The warning reported here, "WARNING: ECC is NOT currently enabled by the BIOS. Module will NOT be loaded." looks to be a duplicate of bug 422536 so I am marking it as such. Please continue to track this issue at that report. Note that this is just a harmless warning. If you are experiencing any other issues you thought were related to this, please open a new bug by running 'ubuntu-bug linux' from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal). Thanks.
