Bug Description

I have no idea in which situation this was caused. But I was fipplin' about with an IDE->USB converter and was plugging it in and out occasionally. That seems most likely to cause this.

The disk I was mounting is about to fall apart.

ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: Your system might become unstable now and might need to be restarted.
