Acer laptop overheats on kernel 2.6.31-14. Kernel 2.6.31-11 is okay.

Bug Description

I have kernel 2.6.31-11 and 2.6.31-14. If I boot to -14 my laptop overheats, if I boot to -11 it runs fine. I have an Acer Aspire 5315-2077 running Karmic Beta + updates.

Using kernel 2.6.31-13 also does not overheat.
