Bug Description

Steps:
1) ran 'sudo apt-get update'
2) rebooted

result: crash
expected: not do that

further info: in case it matters, I do recompile my sound drivers ever time a new kernel is updated. That's because so far I haven't found that the MBP5,5 sound card (nVidia MCP79) is supported. Don't know if that effects this or not.

Hi ridgerunner7,

The warning reported here typically indicates that it took longer for your system to resume from suspend than expected. I believe there is a 5 sec barrier which your system likely exceeded. Typically you'll see something similar to "PM: resume devices took 8.664 seconds" in your dmesg output when this happens. I'm setting this to traiged for further investigation. Thanks!

Is there a resume action on reboot? That seems odd.
