The command was:

find / -xdev -print0 | xargs -r0 chattr +e

after converting ext3 to ext4 with tune2fs via

sudo tune2fs -O extents,uninit_bg,dir_index /dev/sda1

It seems, that it is only warning.. Not error. Something goes through "slow path", but works without errors....Anyway, this alert should be fixed.
