Hi Ian,

This particular warning message reported here usually indicates it took longer for your system to resume than anticipated (I believe it's a 5sec barrier). Had you done a suspend/resume prior to seeing this warning? Unfortunately I'm not see in your dmesg output how long it actually took your system to resume. It's usually printed like:

PM: resume devices took 6.392 seconds

Well I'm sorry for dmesg, but I haven't suspended the machine, I've
tried to use from gnome applet the ondemand governor and/or I've tried
to change cpu speed.
If I remembar correctly I've suspended the machine half or one hour
before the "Oops!"
