Hi Gerrymoth,

This warning is usually indicative of a system which took longer to resume than anticipated (I believe it's a 5sec barrier). I notice in your dmesg output it says:

PM: resume devices took 6.392 seconds

Which is obviously over the 5sec barrier. There should not be any other ill effects because of this.
