Bug Description
Using a MacBookPro 5.5 laptop here (from August 2009). I had previously installed and working successfully Jaunty (following the instructions and extra repos detailed in the Ubuntu MacBookPro community help pages.
I upgraded to KArmic through internet connection, and followed details in the similar wiki page at the ubuntu community help pages.
Sound isn't working either, and backlight from the keyboard isn't working either.
