Bug Description

System locks up on resume from suspend, have to hold in the power button to shut down.

This may be similar to bug 431110 I submitted. May have something to do with my PCIMIA USB Root Hub card.

I can reproduce the error by putting the system into suspend mode. This time I pulled the PCIMIA card before 'waking', but the warning was there prior to reinserting the card.

I do not have a complete system hangup, I can just restart the X server and the system remains stable.
Note: my user home is mounted via tmpfs with 500M size

If you wait long enough, it will come back to life on its own.

I have found - both on Jaunty and Karmic that it's about the same time to shutdown and startup as it is to come out of hibernation. Suspend is something else, but my system, for some reason went into hibernation after 2 hours instead of suspend. Now I just shut it down.

I get this kernel oops and same message, system is not hanging up though.

I do not have any PCMCIA devices.
