I see this now with a default LVM server installation using http:// iso.qa. ubuntu. com/qatracker/ info/3141. It does not happen with non-LVM install. Attached is dmesg for fresh default LVM installation in kvm virtual machine using 2 VCPUS, 384M of RAM and 1024M disk.
