apport is jumping with this bu every boot
also i have no idea what's ECC and hoe to enable it to see if the error goes away

ECC is a characteristic of high quality RAM chips used in servers (see wikipedia).
You can enable this in your Bios, but I doubt you have ECC RAM installed.
