Hi ubername,

The warning reported here typically indicates that it took longer for your system to resume from suspend than expected. I believe there is a 5 sec barrier which your system likely exceeded. Based on your dmesg output I see PM: resume devices took 5.156 seconds. I'm setting this to traiged for further investigation. Thanks!

If you need some more logs just ask, I have the same problem.

(btw - i found that latest karmic has some problems handling system sounds (only system sounds)... no good sound, no fluent and rather distorted, but i have no idea how to report this)
