Xorg crashes on acer aspire one in Karmic while running it out of a usb stick as a live cd

 Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala Alpha 2, Xorg crashes and all ttys are gone too.

Steps to reproduce:

Insert a live stick with karmic alpha 2
try to run ubuntu just to test the system.
The screen goes blank and all ttys are not available either.

This bug is fixed in karmic alpha 3.

The Acer Aspire One boots as expected.
