Comment 42 for bug 380303

This issue needs to be reported upstream -- I was unable to find a comparable bug in the kernel bug tracker.

Please:
1) Confirm issue still exists in 10.10 (probably does)
2) Try the mainline kernel in Maverick https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds
3) Report the result here
4) If it's still an issue in the mainline kernel, also report it at http://bugzilla.kernel.org/ and post the link here
