Ok the oops in question is simply a warning that the resume took more than 5 seconds. As this took 7s this is not wholy unreasonable and this message can be ignored. As for the "soft boot", the logs do not show a reboot of any sorts in there. If you resumed and got the gdm screen immediatly then thats more likely an x-server crash. Could you confirm whether this is occuring with the latest jaunty updates installed as there was an x-server bug which could lead to resumption to GDM. Please report back here. Thanks!
