It`s seem that this issue is gone.

But this is not a great solution after all.

Hope that someone will fix this.

This is what I wrote a long time ago and after that i don`t have any problems with Wifi at all. Works pretty great I am surprised that this driver is not included in Ubuntu 10.04. Because i am still with Ubuntu 9.10 and works great. Hope it will work for you too.
