This bug was reported in March, and there was a period around that time when a bug caused apport tp generate false positives for suspend/resume failures.

Is this problem still occurring for you? If so, which release are you running?

No this bug isn't happening for me anymore. I think I got this problem during some of the beta releases. I haven't seen this since the release in april.
