Comment 1 for bug 34902

I am using a D-Link DWL-G122 (Rev B) USB WLAN Adapter with Ubuntu "Dapper Drake 6.06" Kernel 2.6.15-19-386 and experience the problem similar, only in my case the freeze occurs if I issue a "ifup rausb0" command. Better information not available, as system has to be switched off and on to get going. But I checked the Kernel-Sources, the driver distributed is the Latest BETA rt2570 driver: v1.1.0-b1 from http://rt2x00.serialmonkey.com/wiki/index.php/Downloads. If I use rt2570 USB nightly CVS tarball: rt2570-CVS
from the same page, everything works fine ( WEP as well as WPA )
