Description of problem:
Suspend and Hibernate cause the SATA controller to hang when waking up from Suspend or Hibernate

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change the Power Management to Suspend or Hibernate when the lid is closed
2.close the lid

Actual results: The disk doesn't respond during wake up, the only way to recover is to power cycle the machine.
