Anyone having this problem, can you disable DMA on your cd drive and see if it still occurs?

sudo hdparm -d0 /dev/hdc

Example (replace with your device).

Ok, is bug? problem of firware of /dev/hdc (dvd Read/Write)?

Hardware support DMA. (sudo hdparm -d1 /dev/hdc)
