Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Would you please make a photo or copy down messages appearing on the screen during fail boot?

Can you try booting with the 'quiet' and 'splash' options removed and then take a digital photo of any messages printed to the screen? Particularly any error messages would be best to capture. Also can you attach the output of 'sudo lspci -vvnn' so we can know more about the hardware you have. Thanks.

the reason is this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/79542 i think. Busybox is started before kernel finishes initialisation.

Yest, that's the reason, when I increase bootdelay the kernel boots fine.
