r8187 more or less breaks s2ram

Bug Description
Binary package hint: linux-image
After resume from s2ram, drivers starts spamming dmesg with
write_nic_byte TimeOut! status:ffffffed
read_nic_byte TimeOut! status:ffffffed
and occasionally USB mouse dissapears after resume if r8187 was loaded before suspend.

Looking at the attachments in this bug report, I noticed that "2.6.24-21-generic dmesg" was flagged as a patch. A patch contains changes to an Ubuntu package that will resolve a bug, however that attachment doesn't appear to be one. Subsequently I've unchecked the patch flag for it. In the future keep in mind the definition of a patch. Thanks!
