I don't even think someone is working for the drivers. HP - a big no no. They'd rather abandon Linux users, because they don't like Linux. What they don't know is that Windows sucks and they'd support Windows alone. Ubuntu developers - They have other work to do. Rather, one has to have the hardware specifications to make the driver. One can't just guess and write drivers. So, without HP's contribution, I don't think this would ever be possible. Let's just hope that someday HP makes up the mind to help us all.
