Hardy: sync openvz to stable 2.6.18-rhel5 branch

2) The "misc" binary format is now virtualized
3) VE-s can now be used without the venet device

Thanks for syncing. It solved a HUGE problem with containers not stopping (see comments on LP #249137).

On the other hand, all sound hardware stopped working for me (all modules say: "disagrees about version of symbol struct_module"). See dmesg attachment. Worked fine before, still works fine with -20.
