kernel panic on suspend/hibernate, 2.6.24-20-386

Fails to hibernate or suspend. It causes Kernel panic on ACER Aspire 5310.
Everything works fine with 2.6.24.19-386

I use hardy-proposed repository.

Same on Dell xps M1330. while unload iwl3945.

if manual run command
sudo modprobe -r iwl3945

then kernel panic
