2008-06-04 21:37:24 Thomas Kluyver None: statusexplanation Hi Nicholas That's almost certainly the cause. The best thing to try (although not guaranteed to work, sadly), is a workaround explained here: http://ubuntulinuxtipstricks.blogspot.com/2008/03/ati-nvidia-resume-good-news-bad-news.html I hope this helps you! I've converted this to a support question. The bug is indeed a bug, but it's one that is already well known, and reported elsewhere (unless you can demonstrate that it's not due to the graphics drivers).

2009-01-23 00:42:38 Leann Ogasawara linux: statusexplanation Let's file against the kernel, if you think it worked with different kernels, and set it back to new. It may have been already reported, in which case someone will hopefully set this as a duplicate. Is this still an issue with the Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release?
