Bug Description
After upgrading my Hardy kernel from 2.6.24-15 to 2.6.24-16, my PC hangs at boot time for about 5-10 minutes.
I get this error at boot time:
iTCO_wdt: failed to reset NO_REBOOT flag, reboot disabled by hardware
I have a Dell E520 desktop PC with Intel MB:

If you need some more info please ask.
This seems to happen only when starting the system after halting it.
If I reboot the system I still get the error message but the boot process goes ahead well.
