[Regression] oops on boot in snd_pcm with 2.6.24-15-generic AMD64

Bug Description

I just updated kernel on Hardy to 2.6.24-15 and I'm getting an oops on startup.

I get no more Oops if I unplug my TV card (saa7134). So that should be an issue with that module.
