Bug Description

If I log in using this kernel all usb devices fail, including my mouse and keyboard. Reverting to an older kernel restores functionality.

More specifically kernel 6.8.0-1041-azure breaks usb in my linux mint 21.3 computer.

That (6.8.0-1041-azure) is an Azure cloud kernel that you shouldn't be running on a laptop or desktop. It is meant for VM's running in the Azure cloud.

It's strange that this kernel was downloaded as part of my distributions update. I'm wondering if it was some kind of trojan and/or from a bad mirror.
