Bug Description

SRU Justification]

[Impact]

The machines which has the Cirrus audio codec CS42L43 will report failure after resume from suspend. The system suspend/resume won't be affected but the jack state might be incorrect.

[Fix]

cherry-pick fix in upstream commit 164b7dd4546b (“ASoC: cs42l43: Add jack delay debounce after suspend”).

[Test Case]
1. Boot into OS
2. open g-c-c and open sound tab
3. suspend/resume by pressing power button
4. Check if there's failure in dmesg output "cs42l43-codec cs42l43-codec: Failed to resume for tip work: -13"

[Where problems could occur]
The fix simply add debounce time to make sure the jack state is retrieved correctly. Should be low risk of regression

This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-oem-6.11/6.11.0-1021.21 kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-noble-linux-oem-6.11' to 'verification-done-noble-linux-oem-6.11'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-noble-linux-oem-6.11' to 'verification-failed-noble-linux-oem-6.11'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!
