Bug Description
Feature Description:
Provide a way to access Topology-Map from userspace in a human readable form.
The kernel part consists of exporting diag 310 subcode 5 data to /sys filesystem.
s390-tools part should introduce a tool or hyptop option to parse that file and print it in human readable form.
