Bug Description

[Impact]

For CVE triaging, it's helpful to have an exact list of the source files used for a build. Add that information to the linux-buildinfo packages.

[Test Case]

Check content of linux-buildinfo packages of the individual kernels.

Test packages for Noble, Jammy and Focal:
https://launchpad.net/~juergh/+archive/ubuntu/linux/+packages

[Where Problems Could Occur]

Build failures. This does not change the functionality of any of the kernel packages but just adds another text file to the linux-buildinfo packages so should not cause any user visible issues.
