Bug Description

My touchpad was working fine, but suddenly it stopped working. I've tried all the solutions available on the internet, but nothing has solved the issue. When I tried to list the detected devices (less /proc/bus/input/devices), the touchpad didn't appear. I'm not sure how to solve this.

Hi Kesavan , thank you for taking the time to open this bug!

It sounds like this used to work for you, but it has stopped working. IF that is the case, what version of the kernel did it work for you? If so, can you capture the same logs that you included for the work scenario? Nothing stands out as to what may be causing this issue.

Also:

What have you tried? This may help us narrow down where the problem may be.
