Bug Description

I have made an update as follows:
https://linuxmint-user-guide.readthedocs.io/en/latest/upgrade-to-mint-22.html

So far it has worked, but now no external monitors are recognized, whether via HDMI or USB-C. Before the update it worked without any problems.

In the Display app, I don't see any other monitors apart from the laptop screen. I have already restarted several times.

Ubuntu 6.8.0-39.39-generic 6.8.8

No LSB modules are available.
Description: Linux Mint 22
Release: 22

You can find the signature and lspci logs in the attachment.
I reported this bug also in the linux mint github issue board:

Workaround:

1. change the driver in the Driver Manager to another driver, in my case it was from Nvidia 353 to Open Source.
2. restart
3. switch back to the recommended Nvidia driver
4. disconnect all monitors (cables)
5. restart

And it works again as usual. I then had to switch from Intel processor to Nivida performance mode.

The important step is step 4: Disconnect everything once and reboot.
