Bug Description

In this moment i have problem with use mi wi/fi network previus of update of 17 of july this was working ok , the problem i can see n the network in general , the navigation is very slow , and besides the problem persis with ethernet usb card (improve anythings) , the same computer with a debian function ok , i am thinking the problem may be usb , beacuase the mouse is working bad in ubuntu , thanks for your time

From dmesg, there is no obvious error.

It might be caused by USB 3.0 conflict.

Could you try unplug any USB devices, and try the only one USB device to check if it's working well?
