Bug Description

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 3 with 24.04. I am having (since halfway through the 23.10 cycle) a problem where after going to sleep the laptop often does not wake up again. I previously filed as

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2069093

It was closed as a duplicate of

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-oem-6.8/+bug/2064595

I am very confused by how to read the progress information in your bug tracker. But it looks like 2064595 has had some patches pushed to users, but some people are still seeing it. My uname -a now says I have 6.8.0-36-generic whereas before it was 6.8.0-35-generic. I saw the bug again this morning (screen was black and would not wake after sleeping, had to hold down power button to turn off and reset). Here is a log in case this tells you something. This is most likely a duplicate of 2064595.

I would think of this bug as a showstopper, it is a huge imposition when trying to use the device.
