Kernel 5.15.113 and AMD graphics

Bug Description

Both kernel -112 and -113 do nor fully boot (no graphics, can't log in) on my HP laptop.
kernel -107 still works.

Same here. with kernel -112/-113 black screen only, no log in screen visible. kernel -107 runs fine.

Same problem here on my Acer with AMD Ryzen 3. When I accepted the kernel update to -113 it would no longer boot and I had to use Timeshift to restore to function.

Kernel 5.15.0-107 runs fine

Booting -113 in recovery mode and just selecting "resume" brings up graphical login prompt.
