Bug Description

I have a Dell XPS 9315. I just upgraded from 23.10 to 24.04.

I have an issue with waking up from suspend. When I try to resume from suspend (e.g., opening the laptop lid or pressing a key on the keyboard), it takes 10+ seconds for it to wake up (to the lock screen).

I attached the output of sudo journalctl --since="-1 minutes"

According to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage#Suspend_and_Hibernate this bug report should have been raised against the Linux kernel.

Bug reports raised against the Ubuntu project without specifying a package will seldom reach those that can help and/or fix issues.

Please now execute the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:

  apport-collect 2066407

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.
