Bug Description
I tried 24.04 on a Nvidia 4090 and It only booted on safe graphics mode, I haven't had this issue with any other Ubuntu previous versions on the same computer.
A lot of people with other NVIDIA cards are complaining about this on YouTube, please release an URGENT ISO with a new nouveau driver and kernel version to address this issue, if you don't do it soon you will loose A LOT of users.

If nobody takes this bug seriously I will not promote Ubuntu anymore
