Bug Description

Whenever I open my laptop and start working, after some time (after 10-15 minutes) this automatically starts happening for all the applications (terminal and all application ). and this happens every day And the laptop stops working. Even the laptop doesn't turn off. i forcefully close the laptop ( i already make 30gb swap partition) . and when i hover on anything , my cursor look like square

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

"Input/output error" suggests there's a disk problem but I suppose such an error could occur in any kernel driver.

Next time the error pops up, please run:

  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.
