snap pc-kernel missing bluetooth firmware for dell latptops

Hello,

The snap packages pc-kernel from ubuntu 22 to 24 are missing firmware for bluetooth to work properly on dell laptops. The firmware are available on linux-firmware apt package meaning that both distribution medium are not aligned.

pc-kernel is required to get tpm full disk encryption so no easy workaround exists.
